We run small-group workshops across Scotland that give managers, team leads and emerging leaders the tools they actually use on Monday morning. No theory dumps. Real scenarios, real feedback, real growth.
About us
Leadership Nurture Pro started in 2018 when our founder, after fifteen years managing engineering and operations teams, noticed the same gap everywhere: new managers got promoted for technical skill and then left to figure out people-leadership alone. The workshops we design close that gap.
Our facilitators have managed teams of five and teams of five hundred. They have handled redundancy conversations, coached first-time supervisors and rebuilt trust in fractured departments. That experience shapes every exercise, debrief and role-play we deliver.
We keep groups small, typically eight to fourteen participants, so everyone speaks, practises and gets individual feedback within the session. Each workshop runs between half a day and two full days, depending on the programme.
What we offer
A two-day programme for people stepping into their first management role. Covers delegation, one-to-one meetings, giving feedback that sticks and setting expectations without micro-managing. Participants leave with a 90-day action plan they build during the session.
Half-day workshop focused entirely on the conversations leaders dread: performance issues, attitude problems, personal hygiene, redundancy. We use recorded role-plays so participants can watch themselves back and spot habits they never noticed. Uncomfortable? Yes. That is the point.
Designed for managers who already handle day-to-day operations well but need to think further ahead. Over one intensive day, participants work through scenario planning, resource trade-offs and stakeholder mapping using data drawn from their own organisations.
When a team is stuck, reshuffled or recovering from conflict, this full-day facilitated session brings the whole group together. We use structured exercises to surface unspoken issues, rebuild working agreements and set measurable commitments for the next quarter.
Teach your managers to coach rather than just direct. This two-day programme covers the GROW model in depth, active listening drills, powerful questioning techniques and how to hold people accountable without taking over their problems. Includes three follow-up group calls over six weeks.
If your organisation needs something specific, we will build it. We start with stakeholder interviews and a review of your existing processes, then design a programme that fits your culture, language and real challenges. Typical build time is three to four weeks.
Why choose us
Eight to fourteen people per session means nobody hides at the back. Every participant practises every skill, receives personal feedback and leaves with notes specific to them.
Our facilitators have managed P&L responsibility, hired and fired, and navigated organisational change. When a participant raises a tricky scenario, they get a tested answer rather than a textbook quote.
At least 60% of every session is active: role-plays, case studies, peer coaching triads and live problem-solving. Slides exist only to frame each exercise, not to fill time.
Every multi-day programme includes post-workshop check-ins: group video calls at two, four and six weeks where participants share progress, troubleshoot sticking points and keep momentum going after the room empties.
We are based in Great Wisoky and travel across Scotland to deliver on-site. No London day-rates, no transatlantic flights to expense. We know the Scottish business landscape because we work in it.
We quote per workshop, not per head, and include all materials, pre-work packs and follow-up calls in the price. You will see the full cost before you commit, with no add-ons appearing later.
Testimonials
"I have attended leadership courses before where I sat and listened for two days. This was completely different. By lunchtime on day one I had already practised three feedback conversations and received coaching on my delivery. I went back to work feeling ready rather than overwhelmed."
"The difficult conversations workshop was the most useful half-day of training I have had in twelve years. Watching myself on video was painful but incredibly valuable. I changed two specific habits the following week and my team noticed."
"We booked the team performance reset after a restructure left our department confused and resentful. The facilitator handled some very tense moments with skill. By the end of the day we had working agreements that actually stuck, and our last engagement survey showed a 22-point jump."
